Our yoga classes are small with no more than 10 - 12 people per class so that the specific needs of the group and the individual can be addressed. A breath-centered, alignment oriented yoga practice employs the use of props: mats, chairs, blocks, and blankets to help support and create a sense of steadiness and ease during a yoga practice.
Whether you are struggling with mobility challenges due to a chronic illness or injury, are a person who may not feel comfortable in a traditional yoga space or simply feeling the effects of aging, a small specialized yoga class or a one-on-one yoga therapy session may be what you're looking for.
